This was my first time at this salon and I had a perfectly excellent experience! I got the wrong time it was immediately taken to Washington Station where I had an amazing head massage and wash. Stylist was Tonya and we talked about what she was going to do with my hair, a nice trim with some nice layers. She expertly went to work and afterwards added some products to make my curly hair happy. I was completely satisfied and look forward to going back- and the price is absolutely wonderful too.

Emma and the team were amazing! Not only did my hair look amazing (after another place messed it up) but they were very attentive, nice and it was a good environment. I will definitely come back to see Emma.

Strange experience- booked a blowout that was listed as $45, and confirmation also said it was a$45 blowout. When I called the salon to confirm, they said my blowout would be at least $50 or higher depending on the length of my hair. Felt a little bit like bait and switch pricing. The person at the salon was very abrupt and dismissive and told me to read the fine print. My recommendation- just take $45 off of the website and confirmations if you truly don’t offer this- why have a customer book and then get the actual price at the salon? It’s too bad too- they are local and I get a blowout weekly, but I didn’t care for the runaround enough to give them a try.
